Email stating that my iCloud account has been upgraded to iCloud+. Unable to do so.

I received an email stating that my iCloud account has been upgraded to iCloud free of charge however, as I followed direction to upgrade iCloud attempts to charge me $9.99.

Go to Settings > {Your Name} > iCloud


You may see an update about iCloud+ new features. Tap that first to agree to terms and conditions.


The real test is when you complete a form or sign up for an account.
