Turn of Safari theme-color matching?

Safari 15 on Mac OS introduced a new feature where it matches the toolbar color to the theme-color attribute of the selected tab. The beta had a way to turn this off, but I can't find it in the preferences of the GA release.

I hate it - help!!

Simple solve - they moved the preference from the Advanced tab of Safari Preferences to the Tabs tab, and renamed it to "Show color in tab bar".

Good thing I didn't panic . . .
