Stuck after I tried to reset my MacBook Pro m1

Hi guys. I recently tried to reset my MacBook Pro m1 for just starting afresh. While I was restarting it got stuck on the recovery mode. Their are 4 options: restore from Time Machine, reinstall macOS,safari, and disk utility

I Have tried to shut down or restart but it comes back to these 4 options. When I go in restore from Time Machine it keeps searching but never shows backup, when i click reinstall macOS i press continue and agree to conditions. Then I select my disc which has 256 gb and press continue. But then it says no users a valuable for authorization it says ensure that a user is allowed to administer this computer. Is there a way to get out of this mode?
