So yes, you charge the watch every day. Most users charge it while they sleep. Some charge it while in the shower and getting dressed, if they intend to do sleep monitoring.

Yes, that is expected behavior.

If you want to use the watch to track sleep, put it on charge for an hour or so before bed. Then, while you're showering and dressing in the morning, put it on the charger. I've found that's plenty.

I have a 6 as well. Depending on what music, workouts and refreshing you do, the best i have gotten is 2 days but i dont sleep with it on. You can micro manage it further by powering it off.
