How to convince my husband to buy an iPhone 13?

Trying to convince my husband to buy a 13 in view of his placing no value on a phone’s camera. 1. He often can’t open attachments to memos he receives; 2) Has to continuously charge his model up until he goes to bed;3)Settings for lightness/darkness of screen don’t stay set so phone sometimes turns blank. Cost is not the issue, just concerned about having to adapt to changes with newer model. What other improvements can he expect with an upgrade to 13?
