There isn't (and wasn't in the past) an iPhone app with the name "iTunes." There is an "iTunes Store" and iTunes Remote" and iTunes U" app.

There is also an "Apple Music" app.

You may want to reply with more information about the missing app -- or what it was that you used the missing app for.
