App Store not working

Hi,

I have MacBook Pro and I tried to download some app from app store. My store isn't working. It is showing a blank page every time I try to open it.

Attached is a picture of it appears every time.

I am waiting for your response. Please help me out.

See if the problem also exists while booted in Safe Mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support


That disables some common add-ons that can cause problems, and rebuilds various caches.
