How do I change the city that is displayed on the home page of my iPad running iOS 15. The city that I am getting the weather for is Cupertino. I want to change it to my city.

It sounds like you’re asking about changing the location for the Weather widget on your iPad.
If you tap and hold on the widget you should be presented with some options. Choose Edit Widget. From there you can change your location. You can even choose ‘My Location’, so that the app will reflect whatever location you’re currently in using Location Services.
