Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Reset
4. Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout

Not aware of that happening. It’s not a common bug (personally haven’t experienced that on any of the iPads or iPhones in my household that were updated).

Did you make a backup of your device to Apple iCloud or to a full computer before doing the upgrade to iPadOS 15?

Okay, is this about all your actual contacts listings or about the Contacts app?
