Can I modify the categories in the App Library? Change the category titles? Change which category an app gets assigned to?

Hello. You cannot modify or reorganize your App Library. Apps are automatically added to categories and these cannot be changed. The most modification you can do is deleting an App from the App Library (which will also delete it from your device).
Nope. That is not supported.
