Control & Click doesn't work - I don't have the option to remove.
Disabling the mail box in Preferences automatically removed the mailbox from Favourites but as soon
as I re-enabled it, the mailbox came back!
Any more ideas please? TIA

Where exactly are you seeing the account? If it is inside "All Inboxes", then you can't delete it - that is what "All Inboxes" means, after all.
If you don't want that, you can delete "All Inboxes" and add only the Inboxes for the accounts that you want to appear under Favorites.
