Can I upgrade my apple watch, so i Will get GPS + cellular? the watch only has GPS now! someone who can help?

Those features are fixed at the time you bought the watch and cannot be upgraded (or downgraded). Sorry. If you really want that feature you will have to trade-in your watch.

If you do decide to get a GPS+Cellular watch, make sure that you have an eligible cellular service plan with a supported carrier. Your iPhone and Apple Watch must use the same carrier. For more info, see:
