i unpaired my apple watch to connect to another phone, but upon scanning the restarted apple watch it says that it is unable to pair as the apple watch is not updated. since my watch is at the unpaired stage i am not able to update it without connecting to a phone and my watch is just stuck at the page where it is asking u to pair to a phone

You may wish to pair with your iPhone you previously unpaired with, upgrade your watch to the latest watchOS 8, follow the steps, unpair your watch & pair it to another iPhone of yours.
