I made a purchase last Wednesday, and its still on "processing"... and it says they have everything they need to start preparing my stuff for shipping. But nothing's happened...
Is that normal? does it happen often?

Hello ~ You might be surprised…pretty good at getting things to you on time. You can always go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support. Are you getting a new iPhone ? So exciting to get a new device.

Yup... but I don't think its going to be on time... cuz the estimated shipping date is in about 3 days
