The cost of the repair and the paths to get service vary with MacBook Pro models. A repair for a non-Retina MBP is far cheaper than for the Retina. Although we cannot quote prices, we can at minimum let you know how much sticker shock to expect. A cracked screen on a Retina MBP carries a price that should come with pain-killer drugs.

So please do "About this Mac..." from your Apple menu and let us know what that shows for "sub-model":
