Why are all of the songs on my phone listed under the wrong artist?

It sounds like something got corrupted in your music library. The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your iPhone:
Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Next, delete the purchased songs and redownload them:
Redownload music - Apple Support
For the CDs all I can suggest its to resent them from your computer.
