Where is the app for the remote?

I used to have a app on my phone that I could use to navigate my Apple TV. It has suddenly stopped working. I tried to re-download it and I can’t find it anywhere. Where is the app? Is it no longer working?

The old Remote app has been replaced by a built-in Remote located in Control Center.
