my Iphone 12 Pro is stuck on a black screen. It's not turning on. I've tried rebooting and forced restarting and it did not work. I left it on a table while it was working completely fine then came back an hour later and it won't restart. Please help.

Is there absolutely no power or is the screen black but you can hear sounds on your device? Have you tried using a different charger to connect to your iPhone?

There is absolutely no power. No sounds and the phone is not charging, I have tried using multiple chargers. The phone does not even heat up at all when I charge it. I purchased this phone 6 months back so I think battery's not the problem.

I just got it repaired from a local apple store and it's working fine now. I checked the battery health it's 100% now. Before I got it repaired it was 98%. Should I be concerned?
