My Apple Watch 7 has recently started displaying in blue .28 mile as the default distance for an outdoor walk. How can I change or eliminate that? It's too short a distance to be meaningful -- and I wonder how it was set in the first place without my having done anything.

FYI, Plan B worked just fine (I tried it before Plan A). I really appreciate the help.
