Apple watch pairing issue

I am unable to pair my Apple watch series 4 with iPhone 7plus. It tried to pair then a software update pops up and it never updates it not pairs it. Any suggestions?

apple watch wont pair hi i have an iphone 6 plus and apple watch series 1 38mm. i have bought it. it wont pair and unpaired while pairing i don't know why. iphone ios is 12.5.2 and up to date . it says need to update apple watch software and it connected to wifi . but it quickly unpair. what can i do????

Apple Watch pairing issues So recently I got an apple watch series 3 that was connected to my moms old phone after resetting the watch I tried connecting it to my phone it said an update was available but when I go to my software updates in settings it says it’s up to date( IOS 15.5) any could please help me.k I’ll it
