What kind of billing information do you want to remove? Is it for your iTunes & App Store billing→Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

Or do you mean to remove charges in your purchase history; for those you can’t. You can hide purchases, but they can be unhidden by anyone with access to your Apple ID.
