Refunded status but not yet received refund

My request for refund are marked as “refunded but I still not yet received refunded amount and my account is still Pro account. Are there any problems? How should I do now?

A refund can take up to 30 days, depending on the method used to make the purchase. Please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
