I have my daughter’s Apple Watch set up through my phone and she needs to download an app for school. I’ve downloaded the app onto my phone but it doesn’t show up in the apps list on the Watch app.

Use the App Store on your Watch to install that.
The watch says to connect to iPhone and the Get button is greyed out
