Assuming that both your iPad and iPhone are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID, you simply need to enable iCloud for each of the Apps/services that you wish to synchronise between devices:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud - enable each App/service as required

Set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
