cannot make or receive calls or text messages on iPhone 13

I just purchased a iPhone 13, but I cannot make and receive calls. Also I can't make or receive text messages

How do you think your iPhone would/should work?

You either enable eSIM with your carrier support or put your carrier nano-SIM into your iPhone

and then active the connection.
