Order is still 'processing' after more than a week

I placed an order for an I-Phone 12 on 30 Sept & my order was confirmed virtually immediately however the status has been 'processing' nearly the whole time. Also, no payment has come off my Mastercard yet. Is this normal for an order to take this long to process?
