GarageBand for Mac

I was recording and the “error reading/writing file” won’t get off my screen I click the cancel on the bottom right but it’s just been loading hasn’t went anyway or done anything can you please fix it thanks

I am afraid you will have to force quit and lose any work you have.

I have High Sierra version 10.13.6 and have been using Garageband 6.0.5 with no trouble - until suddenly today it won't open. Does anyone out there know why this might be and how to correct it? Help please...! GarageBand Won't Load Help would be great, please...! Trying to access GarageBand and I get the following message:- [ GarageBand unexpectedly quit while trying to use the Audio Unit “AUMatrixReverb” by “Apple”. This plug-in may require an update. ] After this, GarageBand will not load and freezes. I cannot seem to find a "plug-in" for this to receive an update - does anyone else have this problem? I'm currently running macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 after update today. Thanks for your help :-)

No sound on exported audio file Hello, I am working on a Garageband project and I'm trying to export the audio to my desktop. When I play the file, the audio cuts off around the 45 second mark. On garageband nothing weird happens at the 45 second mark, so I'm confused. Wav, aiff, and aac files all have this problem. I've tried isolating single tracks and then exporting to see if any single track was causing a problem. But the problem still persists even on isolated tracks. Verrrry occasionally the audio will cut out on garageband itself at the 45 second mark, but it seems random when it does that and I don't know how to recreate it. I worked on this project yesterday and had no issues exporting the file. Does anyone have any advice to fix this? Thank you
