Block caller who shows no name/number ID

someone is using a computer to phone me. There is no caller id or number. How do I set my iPhone to block him

You can’t block that specific scenario, but your carrier might be able to if you ask them. You can block calls from all numbers that are not in your contacts, which may solve the problem. Go to Settings/Phone and turn on Silence Unknown Callers.

The other thing you can do when you see a call with no caller ID, just double-press the Side button, which will send the call to voicemail immediately.

Went to the police yesterday and filed a report. They told me they can't do anything about it since no crime was actually committed - even though he's threatening me and is trying to extort money from me. Police suggested that I "just" change my number. I'll try my phone provider again tomorrow. Thanks

This is helpful but will the his calls still be listed in recent calls? He is sending hundreds of calls to me each day

If you know who it is contact the police. Contact them anyway. And see if your carrier can block them before they get to your phone.
