Resetting my sons iCloud password
I am having an issue navigating the Family Share settings for my sons iPhone. I need to reset his iCloud password and reset his phone so I can reset parental settings.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support - I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
If you/he forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you/he can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
To reset the phone, do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from the backup.
Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. *
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup. *
