I asked Siri “Can you remind me to call so and so in an hour” and she responded “ I don’t see an app for that, you have to download one” . but i thought Siri can set reminders…. What do i do?

Siri on my old iPhone 5 would let me know when I get home to do something like feed the cats or water the trees when I was coming down the my road Siri would say “you need to feed the cats and water the trees”. I was assuming that Siri was using my GPS in my maps which I have listed as home my address so she knew when I was getting close to home and reminded me.Not my SE 2020, It says I don’t see an app for that or I don’t see that in your grocery list would you like to start one ,****** me off.
