Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your iPhone's ring/silent switch. We'd like to help.


Does your ring/silent switch toggle on its own or does it just feel looser than you'd expect? Have you had a chance to have it looked at at a local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider? Sometimes things like this need to have an in-person evaluation. Also, where did you purchase the iPhone from? If it was Apple, and it was within the last 14 days, you can look at returning this device for another.
