I’m using iPhone 7 and my phone is unable to access network even after downloading this new iOS. I have went to the extent of resetting my network, all settings and even erase everything still I’m not getting access to network.

We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities about the issue you're having with your iPhone being unable to connect to your cellular network. We see you recently reviewed the resource for the alert "Cellular Update Failed". Is this what you're seeing on your device, and if so, were you able to follow the steps under "What to do next"? Here's that link again, just in case: If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart
If so, and the behavior continues you'll want to get your iPhone in for service. To check your available options, choose your region here: iPhone Repair and Service
The description shows you're using an iPhone 7. If that's right, you may qualify for this program: iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues
