I want to buy the new APPLE WATCH 7 at dadelan store. will it be available there? tomorrow Oct 15/21?

While there is no guarantee that the Apple Watch Series 7 will still be in stock at your specified store. You could place a pre-order on the Apple website and choose your desired location. From the information I have now, I'm not aware that you could just enter a store and purchase one. You'd have to pre-order it.
