I haven’t received my refund yet

I requested a refund for a subscription which didn’t work and on the 13th of October I received a mail indicating that the payment has been refunded but I haven’t received the refund in my account yet. Please what could be the problem

If the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
