Apple watch series 2

My apple watch won’t turn on . There’s a black screen . I tried pressing the long side button and nothing . I also tried putting it on battery charger and then pressing the crown button and the other one simultaneously, but nothing . Than again i tried 10 min charging and than pressing both buttons and still it won’t turn on . The black screen doesn’t go off .
