this means 1 of 2 things: either Wallet has been disabled in screen time (contact your parent or guardian) or it is simply hidden. To move it, try this:

From your Home Screen, swipe from right to left until you see the App Library.

Locate the Wallet app.

Press and hold it. Choose add to Home Screen.
