You can't expect an answer in three minutes - it's a forum, rather than a chat room, and you have to wait until someone who can answer your question sees it.

In order to reset the passcode you need to know the existing one. As it's stored only onh the device it can't be retrieved. I'm afraid you will have to erase the phone. Please see If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
