Apple pay

How do I stop my phone from asking me to finish setting up Apple Pay? I do not want to use it

On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, then turn off Apple Cash. For Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, then turn off Apple Cash.

I tried that but it still wants me to "Finish Setting up my Iphone" so it leaves the red notice. I guess I am a little OCD because it bugs me.

I think I figured it out. I clicked on the "Finish Setting up my Iphone" button and chose "Finish setting up later in wallet" This took the notification off. But thank you for trying.
