MAC OS Recovery - Not able to access the Restore, Reinstall, Safari and Disk Utility

Please help! I'm able to get to the MAC OS Recovery screen but not able to select the 4 options. The Continue button is not highlighted and I'm not able to move the mouse (cursor is stuck new the Apple icon) or type on the keyboard. The hard drive crashed during Mac OS Big Sur installation.

I installed a replacement SSD drive on my iMac27 Retina 5K 2015 and not able to continue with Disk Utility on the MAC OS Recovery screen.

Thanks in advance for any help.

iMac 27″, OS X 10.11
