Apple Mail - Application Not Responding

I am using Big Sur 11.6. Every so often, my Apple Mail (14.0) application will simply not start.

I see the Apple app bounce at the Dock, the Menu shows at first, I get a beach ball, then Activity Monitor shows Not Responding.

I've tried:

  1. Shift Open the App (from the Dock and within Applications)
  2. Safe Mode App Opening
  3. PRAM Reset
  4. Restoring the OS

Nothing works now.

Any ideals on removing .plists or pref files?

I could really use the assistance!!

If it launches in your Safe Boot...this would be telling. SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Try Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

if no resolve—

You can get a good look at your System config. and reveal conflicts or issues, you can download/run this trusted utility https://etrecheck.com
