iOS 15.0.2 has 49gb of system data not including 10gb for the IOS

Why does my phone have almost 60gb of system data on it ? 10 seems like a lot! Something is wrong !

Hello NoZombie2020,

This article may be able to help: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? What is your storage capacity? How much available storage do you currently have? Also, when was the last time your iPhone was backed up?

Cheers!

When was it solved? I'm on a 32GB ipad (used solely for work docs and presentations) and my ipad is running out of space because of 7g of IpadOS and 15 Gb of System data.

Tried restarting and all and it's not cleaning up. There should be a way to at least, clean up.
