Got an email saying someone accessed my phone in CA

Got an email that someone in CA accessed my phone but it’s not on the email I have set up with apple I did change my password but should I be worried about this? There is a link in the email to click but I didn’t because again it’s not even the email I have set up with this phone

Yes, look's like a scam. I'd say you did all the right things. Just delete and move on...
