Just so you know, there are lots and lots of scam password management apps. I regularly see people who stored all of their passwords in some 3rd party app and lost them forever.

In case you're wondering using iCloud Keychain does not require purchasing additional iCloud storage or fees.
I had used LastPass until they limited the free version to just one device. I converted to Keychain Access and am very happy with how it works, on both my iMac and iPhone.
I also use the free app StrongPassword to create my passwords, 18+ characters long.
If there's no capital letter I'll change one of the characters to a capital before using it.

Thanks for the reply. My question was because I could not find info on using Keychain on a device without using the iCloud. I recall that was an option in the past.
They keychain is always available, even if you aren't using iCloud Keychain. It just wouldn't be synced to other devices.
It's the only password manager Apple offers. What exactly are you looking for?
If you want to use something different to manage your passwords, you can download a third party app that does that.
