Default settings ( Arrange )

Is there any way to change the default settings for Arrange?

When I insert a new image, the settings are

-Move with Text

-Automatic

I want to change it to

-Stay on Page

-None

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Nope. You can send feedback directly to the Pages product team about this from the Pages application menu.
