The microphone doesn’t work on calls. I have a iPhone XR with iOS 15.0.2. The microphone works so it’s not that and all the permissions have been given.
Any ideas on fixes?

You can try restarting your iPhone.
If that doesn't work, you can uninstall the app and reinstall it.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to reach out to the developer for support.
