No. All Apple requires is the power cord.
Keep the keyboard and mouse as spares for your new Mac.
No packing slip for return to Apple was sent in box
I read in another topic that it should be under the address label on the box that you received.
If it isn't contact Apple via the number at the bottom of this page.
I contacted Apple and was told that I could keep them If I wanted to but would not receive the full trade-I’m value.
Someone at Apple told you wrong.
