Safari no longer shows the URL for a hyperlink when the cursor hovers over it. Is it possible to re-enable the ability to see a hyperlink before clicking on it?

Safari >> Preferences >> Advanced >> and near to Shows Full Address
Safari >> Preferences >> Advanced >> and near to Shows Full Address
Try to activate the menu View -> Show Status Bar. The links should appear in the bottom left corner.
