The instructions depend on the router brand/model. If you don't have instructions for your router, do an internet search for that brand/model -- or if the router is from your internet provider, go to their website for help.
Also note that if you are changing the setting due to the weak security warning from Apple, it will need to be set to WPA2 AES (not just WPA2) or to WPA3.
