Apple Music playing wrong versions of songs

I notice that whenever I play certain songs on Apple Music, it does not play the correct album version of the song and plays a different version of the song. Here are some examples:


  • Strapping Young Lad - Love? (Album: Alien) - It plays the radio edit version and not the full album version.
  • Testament - More Than Meets The Eye (Album: The Formation of Damnation) - Plays the live version instead of the studio version.
  • Rammstein - all songs (Album: Volkerball [Live]) - Does not play the correct live album and plays the studio versions instead.


Is there a way to contact support to get this type of issue resolved?

Were these songs originally stored in and matched from your iTunes library, or are you accessing them only through an Apple Music subscription?


Are they streaming, or downloaded to your device? If they're downloaded, try deleting one and then re-download it. Do you get the same result?
