67% Battery Health with only 98 Cycles

Hi,

I have a 15 inch 2017 MacBook Pro (TouchBar) and recently got a notification that my battery's capacity is significantly reduced. I checked my battery health and it shows 67%, and I checked my battery cycle and its at 98.

Is this normal? I would like to make sure my battery is not faulty. I saw some battery replacement programs but it does not seem like my MacBook model falls under the conditions.

Batteries can fail at anytime... there is no one normal.
